While we set up our networks to rarely fail, if they do, we are available immediatly no matter what time or day it is. Our customers are like family, and their system's heartbeat is our heartbeat. QUALIFICATIONS
Idaho Computer Service is run by Michael Pickard, who has a Master's degree in Information Technology, Network Management, along with the industry standard certifications such as Security +, A+, Network +, CCNA, and MCSE. He learned computers the hard way before there was formal education, books, and the Internet. This has created in him a unique relationship with everything IT. Solving issues takes less time because he knows the language of the computer.
He has also worked for some of the well-known enterprise businesses such as Ross Stores, Penske Logistics, Micron, and has always maintained a small business helping home users, friends, small business and National companies who needed a local technician. As a result He has touched just about every piece of IT equipment that exists.
His passion, however, is not the corporate IT environment making boatloads of money, but helping home and small businesses implement solid solutions that limit the cost of ownership, risk, and recurrence of issues. He is used to not hearing back from customers for years because he just does the job
